Heat rejection:
outdoor air cooled condenser, geothermal, cooling tower, fluid cooler.
Fully packaged rooftop units – air cooled condensers are engineered into this complete solution. A factory package ships from the factory fully charged and does not require any site refrigeration work.

Purge/Economizer Mode - the units have the ability to operate in 100% ventilation mode at the operator’s discretion by simply enabling “purge” mode through the controller.

Economizer (Modulating)
– the units have the ability to operate in economizer mode and modulate the amounts of outdoor and exhaust air being introduced to the Natatorium.

Pool water heating mode
– this energy saving option heats the pool water with waste heat generated by the compressor. Engineers designing to comply with ASHRAE’s Energy Standard 90.1 can use this feature to eliminate the pool blanket requirement.

Heat Recovery on the exhaust air
- Pool rooms need to be maintained at slight negative pressures. This exhaust air is very energy rich (warm & humid). Codes also require commercial pools introduce outdoor air for IAQ considerations. In most applications the outdoor air requires heat for a considerable portion of the year. Seresco has an energy savings option where a set of heat recovery coils are placed in these two air streams. The heat from the energy rich exhaust air is transferred to the incoming outdoor air via a glycol runaround loop.

Mirrored unit layout
– if you need access to the other side of the unit, Seresco offers a mirror configuration.

BMS interface – Bacnet IP, Modbus and LON interfaces are available.

Disconnects – fused and non-fused.

Special Filtration: 4” MERV 13, carbon and any other requirements a facility may have.
