Heat rejection: outdoor air cooled condenser, geothermal, cooling tower, fluid cooler.

Heating coils: Gas, hot water steam and electric.

Recirculation Mode - the units have the ability to operate in 100% recirculation mode during the unoccupied hours. This allows the units to control the space RH levels at night when there is little demand for the AC system to operate. All units can be equipped with recirculation/outdoor air mixing boxes on the inlet. The mixing box is complete with insulated dampers. The dampers are aluminum extrusions with polyurethane foam, low leakage silicon finned side seals and have 2 thermal breaks in the blades and frames. Several occupied periods can be set up at the keypad.

 

Mirrored unit layout – if you need access to the other side of the indoor unit, Seresco offers a mirror configuration.

BMS interface – Bacnet IP, Modbus and LON interfaces are available.
Disconnects – fused and non-fused.
Special Filtration: 4” MERV 13, carbon and any other requirements a facility may have.
