Rooftop Packaged/Indoor

Rooftop (Packaged) Design:
Our rooftop dehumidifiers are the only units designed specifically for the outdoor environment. These systems are constructed with a thermally broken double wall with 2 inch insulation, and are fully gasketed to provide complete weather-proofing. The outdoor condenser (coil and fan) are packaged with the dehumidifier and the structural base is engineered fit onto a roof curb with ease. Seresco builds the smallest packaged rooftop unit at 4 tons – a standard in our product line!

Indoor Design:
All of our indoor units have a single side service access, simplifying installation and servicing. 
Indoor units up to 7 tons can fit through a thirty inches wide door, making retrofit installation a breeze.

Seresco has engineered a unique two-stage dehumidifier system, we call it the NE 200 Series (sometimes we call this our “double decker”). These systems are like two dehumidifiers in one package – double the compressor tonnage in the same footprint! Two compressors, two evaporators, two condensers, two fans – one control system.  The result – a modular redundant design at your fingertips.  These systems can also be shipped in two pieces each of which can fit through a 30 inch door for retrofit application.  Available in horizontal and vertical configurations.
