Seresco is the first in the dehumidification industry to provide remote unit and system monitoring free of charge to the end user. Each dehumidifier is provided with and controlled by Seresco’s CommandCenter® microprocessor and can be monitored from any computer connected to the internet or any mobile device with internet access.
With WebSentry®, all it takes to monitor a Seresco unit is to connect a standard network cable to the microprocessor’s Ethernet connection, with the other end connected to a router open to the world wide web. Once connected the CommandCenter® sends the data to our servers where it is accessible to anyone that has permission to view the unit. The data is transmitted approximately every minute, and is stored on the Seresco server for months. Unlike our competition, there is no modem to configure, no monthly telephone line charges and no software to purchase and/or download. |

Conditions
The WebSentry® system monitors the same points as seen on each microprocessor control panel mounted on the dehumidifier. These points include:
- current room conditions, including temperature and relative humidity
- current pool water conditions, including pool water inlet and outlet temperatures
- compressor conditions, including inlet
- evaporator leaving air temperatures
- compressor suction and discharge temperatures
- reheat and supply air temperatures
- outdoor air and exhaust temperatures
WebSentry® also tells the operator in which mode of operation the unit is currently running, including:
- dehumidification mode
- air conditioning mode
- pool water heating mode
- auxiliary space heating mode
- auxiliary pool heating mode
- purge mode

Configuration
Need to change your dehumidifier setup? WebSentry® allows authorized access to every adjustable setting in the control system. Enable and disable compressors, fans, pool water heaters and more. Adjust control parameters for heating, cooling and dehumidification to fine tune room control. Enable the remote control inputs to allow flexible interaction from other control systems. |

Notifications
When a system alarm occurs WebSentry® can instantly send an email to registered addresses notifying the appropriate authorized personnel that there is an issue with the system. Email notifications can be sent to on site staff as well as authorized service technicians. |

Tech Support
WebSentry® allows the factory to provide close support to field technicians. The entire system operation and its history is available to the Seresco’s Service Team, allowing them to quickly offer advice and instructions to local mechanics. WebSentry® ® even displays sensor information graphically, trending the conditions in the space and allowing a trained operator to easily spot potential problems.
All sensor data can be displayed in a graph format. Seresco’s unique internet system can help
reduce service costs. Many issues can be diagnosed from WebSentry® ®, minimizing the number of
trips to the facility. |
